Asterisk FreePBX Troubleshooting

For troubleshooting issues with random call drops on incoming calls, we are looking for an engineer with a good understanding of SIP protocol and experience with Asterisk system.
To further describe our problem, external calls are landed in our telecom providers PBX and forwarded into our Asterisk (v15). Calls drop suddenly, and our telco provider has informed us BYE-requests are generated from our Asterisk. Call drops do not happen if we make calls to Asterisk from the local server.
We need help to find the root cause of the issue and to correct it.
