Asterisk and 3CX Configuration with SIM800C

Job ID: 39141059

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

We are working on a project in which we use a SIM800C module connected to a Raspberry Pi to handle incoming calls via GSM. The goal is to have Asterisk (installed on the Raspberry Pi) communicate with 3CX (hosted on 3CX's servers) to forward incoming calls from the GSM module to 3CX.

We created a Python script that uses Asterisk AGI to handle incoming calls from the SIM800C module. The script reads the caller's number and attempts to forward the call to 3CX via a SIP trunk. However, we are experiencing problems configuring the SIP trunk between Asterisk and 3CX.
We are looking for counseling that can help us find the error and direct us to the right configuration.

What I have done so far:
- I have tested the SIM800C module to verify that it is working and receiving calls.
- I created a Python script that uses Asterisk AGI to handle incoming calls.
- I configured Asterisk to use PJSIP and created a SIP trunk to communicate with 3CX.

Where we have problems:
- AGI script does not appear to be executed by Asterisk.
- Communication between Asterisk and 3CX does not seem to be working

Key Requirements:
- An expert in Asterisk and 3CX with experience in SIP integrations.
- Knowledge of AGI scripting (Python)
- Experience with GSM modules and VoIP call handling
