Asterisk AMD with wav in the background

Hello Asterisk devs,
I need a change on the Asterisk's AMD (Answering Machine Detection) module:
I need it to play a background wav audio file
while it is processing the detection.
In other words,
as soon as it is executed, it needs to play the audio file
and meanwhile, listen for the called party and perform its usual activities.
We are using Asterisk 16 on Debian 10.
The modification needs to be done directly to the C code of the module
(not with some external scripts or dialplan tricks)
Max 300 euros.
Please bid only if you have experience with developing C modules for Asterisk.
