We have an urgent requirement from a client who initially wants to integrate a cloud-based AI Agent (like VAPI) into their existing PBX setup. Later, we will transition to a fully on-premises AI Agent solution.
? Project Scope:
Immediate Phase:
Set up an Ubuntu server with FreePBX or Vicidial.
Connect it to the client’s existing Yeastar IP PBX S100 via SIP trunk.
Integrate with a cloud-based AI Agent (e.g., VAPI or any suitable alternative).
AI Agent should handle:
Call center automation (order taking, follow-ups, location assistance, helpdesk)
Integration with client’s CRM via API.
Website support ("Talk to Us" AI Agent trained on site content).
Social media engagement (respond to messages, leads from FB, IG, Google Reviews, YouTube, Snapchat).
Current Call Flow:
Yeastar IP PBX S100 → Ring Group → Agents
New Call Flow (Immediate Setup):
Yeastar IP PBX S100 → Trunk to FreePBX/Vicidial → AI Agent (VAPI/Cloud) → CRM
