Establish Revocable Trust for Royalties and Art

Brother was comic artist, left no will. I am looking for an attorney to assist us in petitioning the court to allow us to create and transfer the small royalties, intelectual property and copyrights to a trust. All beneficiaries (5) agree to have these transferred to a trust. Then need to establish a trust.
