Enhancing IT Asset Management Processes
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am aiming to incorporate and enhance my Parent Company's policy and processes on IT asset management, with particular focus on the documentation process and IT Asset Management Workflow diagram (From registering the asset to retiring the asset).
Key deliverables:
1. Provide a document that lists all relevant terminology for IT Asset Management, including formal definitions and simplified definitions. These definitions must be aligned to Parent Company's terminology.
2. Provide a diagram that explains the desired lifecycle of IT Asset Management and how Cybersecurity, ICT Operations, Data office and Business Unit fit into this flow via clear RACI. This must aligned to Parent Company's lifecycle descriptions.
3. Complete an excel based GAP analysis of desired Asset Management state vs current, based on Parent Company's expectations and standards.
4. Define a recommended plan for addressing these GAPS in a viable way.
The ideal candidate for the project should:
- Possess vast experience in IT asset management
- Have intricate knowledge of Documentation Process and Workflow diagram
- Have proven results in improving processes to increase efficiency
