write a emulator for 8086 capable of running simple assembler code (binary format)

This is an assembly language project in where you need to write a code in c++ that runs in assembly when you input the .com in the code. This project needs to contain many different files like .com, .cpp, .asm, readme.file.
but it needs to be in simple instructor. You need to use instructors like NOP,MOV,ADD,SUB,DEC,NEG,AND, switch, flags etc.
