I need Assembly Language Expert

I'm looking for an experienced assembly language coder to perform an implementation of a programming language on a project I'm working on. The scope of the project is large and the language implementation will form a key part of the work. As such, I'm looking for somebody who has a strong understanding of assembly languages and coding techniques, and who can complete the project within a reasonable timeframe. .
