The objective of the project is the development of operations of
Input/Output in a peripheral through interrupts. The device is the DUART
MC68kasm operating both lines via interrupts.
Some internal buffers are needed to store the characters that are received asynchronously by the
lines. Similarly, two internal buffers are needed to store the characters
pending to be transmitted through the lines.
