Prototyping Development Services

I am in need of a professional developer (Company or individual) who can provide me with prototyping services for a new consumer product. I'm looking for help building a functional prototype, I have a Mock-up and a very basic drawings that help you to understand the main idea. I need professional advice about materials, structure, and product manufacturing in general. For this project, I don't think we'll require UX design services. If possible, I would like to set 3 stages process: Cat Design, Virtual Simulation and the Actual Prototype. However, I'm open to suggestions. The scope of this project is medium complexity, meaning that this particular project would require a mid-level of resources, time, and expertise.
