Power Shell variable execution using command prompt enviroment

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Power Shell script for file manipulation. I have specific commands and parameters that I would like to be included in the script. The script should be able to run on Windows operating systems.

Requirements:
- Experience in Power Shell scripting
