PCB sourcing agent.

Hi, I am looking for guys in inland china to source me components for my PCB and get them assembled there. The quantity of the board is about 11 pieces. And i would provide the intrested freelancer with pcb, stencils, BOM list (as most components are from taobao, alibaba etc so it would be easy to procure there.) I would pay for all the process after showing me the bill/quotation for the process.

Quality of the soldering is important.
