There's a basic code not fully completed in C. The freelancer should be able to complete it and add more functions.
MIPS simulator has to be able to read a binary file from the computer. It should follow 5 MIPS stages and print result after the each stage.
ADD/SUB/JUMP/JAL/BEQ/BNE and more mips operations are required.
