Fusion 360 Milling Program
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I need a precise CNC program created in Fusion 360 for a milling machine cutting steel parts. The model geometry is ready; I will provide the STEP file and a simple drawing that shows critical tolerances and surface-finish notes.
The task centers on:
• Generating efficient 2.5-D and 3-D toolpaths suited to steel, balancing cycle time with tool life
• Selecting appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for my Haas VF-series mill (8 k RPM spindle)
• Supplying a clean, proven G-code file plus a setup sheet with tool list and operation order
All toolpaths must simulate without collisions in Fusion 360 and post successfully to the Haas NG control. If you have suggestions on fixturing or minor model tweaks that could improve machinability, I’m open to them. Once I load the program, I should be able to hit “cycle start” and see a flawless first-article run.
