Electric Scooter Assembly Assistance
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I already have every component for my motorized electric scooter—frame, wheels, controller, throttle, and a long-range power-extended battery pack. What I’m missing is a skilled hand to put it all together and make sure it runs safely and efficiently.
Here’s the scope I have in mind:
• Mechanical build-up: mount the motor, align wheels, install brakes and handlebar hardware.
• Electrical wiring: connect battery, controller, throttle, and lights with tidy cable management.
• Safety & function check: confirm voltage/wattage compatibility, program the controller if needed, and perform a short test ride with a basic inspection report.
All parts are on-site, so no sourcing is required. The exact voltage and wattage haven’t been confirmed yet, so I’ll rely on your expertise to identify them before first power-on. Work can be done at your workshop or mine, whichever is more convenient within reasonable travel distance.
Deliverable: a fully assembled, road-ready electric scooter plus a brief checklist of steps taken and any maintenance tips. If you’ve built e-scooters, e-bikes, or other small EVs and feel confident with brushless DC motors and lithium-ion battery systems, let’s talk schedule and next steps.
