Create a patch for a program

I am looking for someone to create a patch for a program I have that is written in assembly language. The patch I need will modify the existing program. This patch will need to be written in assembly language and I am open to suggestions about how best to approach the project. I am looking for someone experienced in coding with assembly language to create a reliable patch for the program.
