CNC Milling Program for Aluminum Parts

I'm looking for a skilled CNC programmer to part program for a production run of moderate detailing aluminum parts. Parts will be machined on a Brothers Speedio S700X1 mill. Need program for part and a set of vise jaws to hold part. Run qty. is 150 pcs, twice a year.
