My new manual screen printer is waiting in my studio—some components are already out of their packaging while the rest remain boxed. I have the full printed instruction manual on-hand, so every part number, bolt size and diagram you’ll need is available the moment you arrive.
The task is straightforward: follow the factory instructions, piece the press together safely, level the platens, tighten all hardware to spec and confirm smooth rotation of the carousel. I’ll supply a clear workspace, lighting and access to basic hand-tools, though feel free to bring any specialty wrenches or torque drivers you prefer.
Completion is defined by a fully assembled, stable press that can accept a test screen without wobble or alignment issues. Once everything moves freely and locks into place as intended, we’re done and you’re free to head out with payment released on the spot.
