Armv4 Assembly Code Development

I need an expert in Keil Armv4 Assembly to develop efficient code for a microcontroller. The focus of this project is on memory management. using an ARMv4 processor, the system must have a memory in which a text of minimum 100 words and maximum 150 words will be preloaded. The function of the processor will be to find words with a number of vowels set by the user and change them to some input symbol (also written in memory). The processing consists of the following aspects: 1. The program should be able to identify the words with the number of vowels set by the user. 2. Once the words have been identified, it must change the vowels of those words to the input symbol. Once the program complies with the established it is necessary to obtain the binary code from the ARM code which will be the input for another system. Keil Arm windows, i need it today.
