assembler/low level language programmer needed

I am looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and talented assembler/low level language programmer to join an innovative new project which involves the creation of a new programming language, this is currently subject to an NDA. The programming language that we need assistance with is at an Assembly Language level. We are planning to use this language to create a new operating system and more, so experience with the creation and utilization of operating systems is a benefit but not an absolute . We will be happy to provide a detailed list of requirements and functionalities that we will need to be implemented, but at the same time, we will also rely heavily on the experience and guidance of the programmer. We are looking for anybody of any experience with assembly language but they must be based in Scotland.
