Modification of Aspen Plus Dynamics V11 Simulation

Project Description:
I am seeking an Aspen Plus Dynamics expert to modify an existing simulation. The current simulation models the production of Hydrogen H2 through fixed bed gasification from vegetable coal and lignocellulosic biomass in Aspen Plus Dynamics V11. Currently, the simulation has one feed input (lignocellulosic biomass), and I need to change it to two feed inputs.

The two feed inputs are:

Sugarcane bagasse with the following chemical composition: Lignin 20.6%, Cellulose 44.1%, Hemicellulose 25.0%, Ash 5%, Water 5%.

Cocoa pod husk with the following chemical composition: Lignin 43.6%, Cellulose 34.4%, Hemicellulose 11.75%, Ash 1.11%.

The selected freelancer will need to create the two new feed streams in the simulation, define their composition according to the provided data, and ensure they are correctly connected to the rest of the process. In addition, the freelancer will need to modify the feed rate and the proportion of the two materials as they see fit to optimize the process.

It is important that the modified simulation runs without errors and that the freelancer has experience working with Aspen Plus Dynamics and a good understanding of biomass gasification processes.

The Aspen file for the current simulation will be provided to the selected freelancer to aid in the modification process.

Deliverables:
1) The modified Aspen file with the simulation running without errors.
