HYSYS Wilson Model MATLAB Assignment

I’m working on a chemical-engineering assignment that requires a full thermodynamic analysis in Aspen HYSYS using the Wilson activity-coefficient model, then validating those results in MATLAB.
My current roadblock is configuring HYSYS so the Wilson model is correctly selected, tuning or regressing any missing interaction parameters, and generating reliable VLE data (T-x,y / P-x,y) for a binary, non-ideal liquid mixture. Once that piece is stable, I need a MATLAB script that pulls the same parameters, performs the flash or bubble-point calculations independently, and overlays the plots to confirm the simulation.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• A clean HYSYS file with the Wilson model activated, property parameters in place, and a simple flash or distillation example that runs without warnings.
• Commented MATLAB code (.m) that reproduces the equilibrium curve and compares it to the HYSYS output.
• A short explanatory note (about one to two pages) walking me through key steps, equations, and any assumptions so I can cite them in my report.
I’ll provide feed composition, temperature, and pressure ranges the moment we start. Clarity is more valuable than extra polish—if it runs accurately and I understand why, that’s a win.
