Aspen HYSYS Steady-State Simulation Setup
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a new chemical-process model that needs to be built from scratch in Aspen HYSYS, and I want an expert to walk me through—or directly create—the initial steady-state simulation so it runs cleanly and converges.
Scope of what I need
• Simulation setup is the priority; optimisation can wait until the base case is stable.
• The flowsheet must include a distillation column, a heat exchanger and a reactor, all connected with correct material and energy streams.
• Typical property packages and convergence methods should be chosen for reliable mass- and energy-balance closure.
How we’ll work together
I will provide feed specifications, product targets and any vendor data I have. You build or guide the build inside HYSYS, annotate key assumptions, and share the .hsc file plus a short note explaining column specifications, exchanger duties and reactor kinetics or stoichiometry you used.
Acceptance criteria
1. Simulation runs in steady-state with no warning or error flags.
2. Overall material balance error <0.1 %.
3. Column achieves target split within ±2 mol %, reactor conversion matches provided data within ±3 %.
4. All equipment blocks clearly labelled and documented.
I’m happy to screen-share or exchange files—whatever gets us to a robust, documented model fastest.
