fix search box for asp mvc

need to change search box feature. current the search box only shows if the search icon appear. but we wont it to be visible when without clicking hour glass. We also what it next to the logo and we want it longer than what it is very simple and quick project that would take about 10mins are you up for it right now. this is an asp mvc project
