I am looking for a freelancer to develop a website workflow (or whole website) that can generate custom editable Word documents and PDF versions based on user inputs and preset text. The documents I need to generate will be Technical Assistance Agreements in line with guidance issued by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and I will be providing a specific format and template for the freelancer to follow. Additionally, I require dynamic fields and conditions be included in the document generation process, effectively making sure that document wording changes based on user input (in line with a template). Basically, the user will need to be presented with questions and free text options and have a document generated based on user inputs.
