Sortable Table on Webpage from Excel Data

I need a webpage that displays my Excel data in a sortable table.

Please see attached file for example data.

The data to be displayed is the information in columns A-H in the 'Meta' worksheet.

The default order should column I (hidden on the webpage). The user should have the ability to sort the data by clicking on each column heading.

Colour formatting:
Cells with value 1: gold
Cells with values 2-10: green
Cells with values 11-25: light green
Cells with values 100 and above: light red

The Excel file will be placed in the same folder as the webpage on my server. When the Excel file is update, the table should also be updated on the webpage.

The table needs to be responsive to that it is viewable on different devices.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficient in web development
- Experience with creating sortable tables
- Good understanding of data handling and sorting algorithms
- Familiarity with converting Excel data to web formats
