Search engine for website in classic ASP

A search functionality that can search a single word or a combination of words (phrase) or any of the keywords entered, in any language (english, german, spanish etc). The functionality should be able to search the database entries (MySQL) and also for keywords within the static files (.asp, .txt, etc)
