Partner Activity Log (mobile web app)

A mobile database app built in ASP.net and C#, connected to a SQL Server database (or fully functional alternative, e.g., PHP to MySQL). Mentors and student mentees are paired by an Administrator and each pair is assigned a Partnership Code. The pair meets at least once per week in person, or by phone, or by text, and either one of the pair records each connection made (“P” = phone, “T” = text or email, “I” = In person) in their scrolling account table of the Partner Activity Log (an entry bucket available for each day of the year). A pair can scroll and view all of their recorded connections and add a comment to each entry if desired.. Administrators can view all partner connections on a multi-partner scrolling table.
