Multilingual Marketing Materials Translation - 10/06/2026 10:52 EDT

Job ID: 40504974

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a steady flow of marketing documents that must move smoothly between Nepali, English, Hindi, and Japanese. Accuracy is critical, yet the copy also has to feel natural and persuasive to each audience, so I’m looking for someone who can do more than word-for-word conversion—you should be comfortable capturing tone, idioms, and calls-to-action.

Right now everything on my desk is classified as “marketing materials,” ranging from short product one-pagers to longer campaign brochures. All files will be supplied in editable formats (mostly Word and occasionally InDesign exports), and I’ll need clean, publish-ready translations returned in the same layout or a clearly marked bilingual file.

I haven’t pinned down whether regional localisation tweaks are necessary, so if you have insight into tailoring copy for specific Nepali, Indian, or Japanese markets, your guidance will be appreciated and can become part of the brief.

This is ideal for a freelancer who can take on work part-time as projects appear. Turnaround expectations will vary—simple sheets may be due in 24-48 hours, larger brochures in under a week—but we’ll agree on each timeline before you start. If you routinely use CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ, or Phrase, let me know; consistency in brand terminology is a plus.

Deliverables:
• Translated, proofread marketing documents in the original file format
• A short glossary update when new brand terms arise
• Quick follow-up revisions if minor edits are needed after internal review
