Ground work footings for a tiny home

I'm looking for a freelancer to complete the ground work and footings of a tiny home. The foundation I'd prefer is a combination of wood and concrete. I already have a specific location in mind for the tiny home and it is estimated to be less than 500 sq ft. I'm open to suggestions if you have any.
