Fix problem coding classic ASP, MariaDB

We are looking for a skilled developer to fix a problem we are experiencing with our classic ASP, MariaDB website. Specifically, we are experiencing slow loading times due to issues with database queries. We need someone who can diagnose and fix these issues to improve the website's loading speed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

Expected Outcome:
After the issue is fixed, we expect to see a significant improvement in the website's loading speed, resulting in faster loading times for our users.
Problem seems to be on several pages with the same code using classic ASP. The pages have same code but with a few modifications. If you solve 1 page you solve all.
Since the webhosting updated MariaDB it all went slow on some pages. They won't tell if anything else was updated but things like displaying "date" changed from YYYY-MM-DD to DD/MM/YYYY all of sudden.
But that's been solved with another fix.
I need someone to look at the code to try to solve the problem.
