Development operations

I'm looking for assistance with development operations tasks. Specifically, I need help with setting up and configuring a server, continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring and troubleshooting. I do not currently have a platform for my DevOps, so I am looking to establish a new one. As I'm not sure what technology stack to use, I need recommendations on what would be best for my particular needs.
