Clone Microsot 365 SharePoint with Incognito forms and all extras

Project Description
I am seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 developer to set up a new SharePoint intranet for my company.
I already have a clear reference for the structure, layout, and functionality I want (pages, navigation, permissions, forms, document libraries, workflows, etc.), and I need someone to rebuild a similar system from scratch within my own Microsoft 365 tenant.
This is not a migration and no access will be provided to any third-party systems. The reference system is used only as a functional and layout guide.
Scope of Work
Create a new SharePoint site collection from scratch
Build page layouts, navigation, and document libraries
Configure user permissions and access levels
Recreate forms/workflows (eg Power Automate / Forms / Cognito-style flows if appropriate)
Apply new branding (logos, colours, company name)
Ensure clean structure and scalability
Documentation or handover on how to manage it going forward
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with:
SharePoint Online
Microsoft 365
Power Automate / Forms (or similar)
