Classic ASP file edits

I have an email alert system that sends an email when a page on my website has been updated. I enter the details into the attached adminpageupdates.asp page and those members who have elected to receive updates (they do this via the attached pageupdates.asp page), will receive an email. The adminpageupdates.asp file also updates the updates.mdb file so that the website is updated with news of the page update.

I am looking for someone to edit the attached classic asp pages to expand the list of options for email alerts beyond the current 'Picks' and 'Stats'. Some will be added to the current list that sends an email and updates the updates.mdb file, some will only update the updates.mdb file.
