Changes to an existing Website in .ASP

I want to do the following on my existing site:

- Uploading Courses: Full Year through admin panel
- 30 days before: auto close
- Member Profile: Proforma Link
- Course-wise data in the Admin Panel (Currently Month-wise)
- Payment Reminder to registered members
- Course Details: add sorting feature
- Prospects tab: add Referral Code and sorting feature
- Proforma invoice design simplification
- Student Course Roster Page: Select/ Unselect Option to send mail
- Add the Registration date Column in the Prospects sheet
- Referral Code in the Registration form
- Website Migration to hosting

Please Note: The website is NOT built with .Net. THE WEBSITE IS ON .ASP!
