Catalog with 1000 different inventory to be uploaded to website weekly or monthly

I have over 1,000 items of stock that show size, shape, reference, picture
my product is tinbox with different shape, size and picture like one of my disclose picture.
I want this 1,000 inventory, updated in my local excel file ( weekly by my team ), after checking, it uploads to website so that customer can see what items I currently have. ( show me your outlooks )
I know lot of e-shop do this. But I want this to be done in local excel file so that I can see all at a glance.
after uploading to website, it looks like this;

and clicking to items it goes to

applicant need to show me your job reference that relating to e-shop inventory updating.
Or anything could be done to my requirement. I just don't want to update picture one by one ( teribly slow) and I want to see all thing at a glance.
