ASP Upload File JSON

I have a piece of source code, in classic ASP, that I need to do the following task.
Attach a -multipart- file to the JSON request, along with other data, and receive the result.
I have the code that works very well, with some extra libraries in ASP like: aspJSON1.17, and FileUploader by Jacob "Beezle" Gilley.
However, I just need you to improve the code or redo it, so that it makes the request by attaching a file from the filesystem.
