ASP Classic Webpage Image Integration

I need a proficient web developer to assist in adding an image to an ASP Classic web page that is using a responsive grid. The image needs to be incorporated in an area currently overlapped by other divs.
current page is https://www.thanktheclient.com/displayback.asp?id=2 and they want an image placed to the right of where the images on the bottom and just to the right of the Name, Title, phone and email but above the right part of the description.
