web asp.net system to send and receive messages

I am in need of a web ASP.NET system that allows me to send and receive messages through a chat messaging system.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET and .NET framework using MySql
- Experience in building chat messaging systems
- Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks

i have key for using in WhatsApp services.
the system should be similar but simpler.
