My project is to use the Vimeo API to build an app for the web. This app will keep track of how long a video has played, and if a buffering issue is encountered, it should provide the user with the ability to click a button to refresh the video at the last viewed time. I would like the app to use the Vimeo API as the video player, and for the programming language I prefer JavaScript.
