parking management software asp.net web application

Hi I need to hire a developer for a ASP.NET project
Logitek S.A. develop and install parking management systems for Ecuadorian market, I developed a complete software to manage the parking lot system, using barrier gates, ticket issuing machines, etc.

I developed the software in C# .Net visual studio 2015, with SQL 2008 express.
I need to hire a developer to create a similar parking lot management software, but in ASP.NET webforms (not MVC)

In total will be 6 forms:
• Login
• Main
• Report
• Historic
• Configuration
• Frequent users
I already developed some of the project but need your help on finishing it and make look better and work very well. The database is already developed. Some code can be copied from my source code in C# (example: the report process is already made)

I don’t know ASP.NET so it takes too much time for me, so I need help.

In addition, for the future once we finish this project, I need to make an app for iOS and Android for the parking system as well, I already developed some part in Xamarin forms, so I wish the developer have knowledge on it as well.
