.net api / webjob integration

I need the following done.
1. Please take my repo that currently has asp.net api and add an associated webjobs. The goal is I would like the api and webjobs to live in the same webservice.
2. Please document anything needed to deploy using visual studio. Looking for you to me just email me some instructions.
3. Please create devOps pipeline to deploy project.
Please disregard project budget and just tell me what you charge.. :)
