need c# , asp.net expert to build web apps

I am looking for a skilled C# and ASP.NET expert to build web apps for me. The specific features that I need in the web apps are user authentication and authorization. I would prefer to use the ASP.NET MVC framework for this project. The timeline for the completion of the project is more than a month.
