I need an SEO expert for ASP.NET website

I have 3 enterprise level ecommerce websites. They are all built on ASP.net framework. I am looking for an experienced SEO expert who can write script/code that will fetch meta titles and descriptions dynamically.
There will be two deliverables:
1. Scripts for each website
2. How to implement each script on the backend. A document that explains a step by step process.
