E-learning platform for international certification -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create an e-learning platform for international certification using asp net mvc. The platform must have sing in page, login page, home page, courses page, about page, contact page.
In courses page it will be courses like ccna, ccnp from Cisco, azure fundamentals, azure administration from Microsoft. When you select one course from list, will open a page with text lessons for course and after every chapter it will be a quiz.
It will be 2 categories of users: students who only read and answer the quizzes and professors who can add more courses or additional content to the course.
And I like a document with technical information, how application work and detailed commentary in code.
