integrate skype chat to asp.net webform

I have my own user in my asp.net webform website, need discussion group or chatting group like skype or skype itself have all chatting function with the ability to add my website user to the new groups that I will create from the websites.
I preferer to integrate with skype itself if not any other similar like skype.
