We have a issue in dropdown we can't able to handle more no of records in a Drop down

We have 100000 records in a Drop-down right now in every page load event those all records are loaded and time is delayed and we need to store those records in a variable and some 2000 records should be binded to drop-down and if i search it should search all the 100000 records.... we need have written application in ASP.NET, MSSQL. We need a professional developer with good skills in JavaScript, Ajax
