fix an error in my application ASP.NET MVC

I have a small project done in ASP.NET MVC 4 that us using SQL and using Razor View engine , it is working to some extent
I have added to it few webforms as I needed to use some controlers from the webform
I want to call the webform within the Razor view as partial view
the applicaiton work with some controlers like buttons , lists..ets
however, when I add charts it gives me errors "Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
and will work only if I put it inside an IFRAME
I want someone expert who can resolve this issue to me and also explain how it can be done in future as I have lots of webforms I need to add and call as partial within my Razor engine pages
also I need help in creating some SQL procedures.
My requriments are very simple
I have visual studio project done in VS2019 and based on Framework 4.8 , it is working in ASP.NET MVC and using the razorview format pages
The application use SQL databases to add and retrieve data
It is very simple one and it is working well without any problems.
However, what I need from the person who going to bid is doing the following things which should be extremely easy for any expert person in ASP.NET and MVC and webforms and I don’t think it will take him more than a day or two maximum. The requirements I have are as follows:
1- Help in creating report viewer that uses webforms to view the reports i.e. (ASPX) and have the ability to save as excel ,word and pdf.
2- The report viewer will have some charts
3- The report viewer should be called and viewed from within a RAZOR page as partial to be displayed as partial of my main page
4- Create a webform that will contains several charts and this webform also should be called from Razor page as partial
5- The code should be easy to control as the charts will be having some calculation and comparing results and not just from the DB
6- The developer should provide detail explanation on how he resolved the issue as my target is also to have it as reference
7- As the bidder should provide some detail in case later in future webforms needs to be created in this manner how to approach it including providing information on any references or packages from the Microsoft that need to be installed with their version
If the bidder have the experience needed and can finish in maxim 2 days with the cost estimated or cost he bid in please inform me , then once awarded a session will be conducted to share the application and DB copy and also provide information on the application
