asp.net mvc checkbox and combobox

i have a set of checkbox and dropdown as show in the photo.

in my database i have value for some and some i do not have value.

i need to read the data from the database and update it with the database value.

example

Setup Company Info The ability to configure the company information if it check in the database then check the box if not uncheck.
