asp.net core xero api integration

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to integrate my existing asp.net core project with the Xero API, specifically the invoicing function.
I want to extend the following solution
https://github.com/XeroAPI/Xero-NetStandard#sample-applications
so that it works in a production environment and connects to an mssql database to retrieve invoice data that has been collected from another website on the same server.
Ideally this would be set up as an api that I could send a request from my main website containing only the guid of the invoice record on ms sql and this api would retrieve the invoice data and then generate the invoice from xero and then send a response back to my website containing the new xero invoice number/identifier.
